Improving Sleeping with Sauna

You may be at the end of your rope with trying to sleep better, or you may just want to optimize your health as much as you can. Many people who use a Sunlighten sauna regularly report that they have noticed a positive effect on their sleep.


Members of the Sunlighten Community weighed in on their own experiences and we were pleased with the feedback. Some sauna users slept better with a morning session, while others preferred to sauna in the evening. We highlight a few other variables including eating and exercise habits as well.
