CANCELLATION POLICY
In respect for our staff's time and to honor the space we maintain, we implement a 24 hour cancellation policy for all massage, sauna, and foot soak appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so with at least 2 days notice.
For any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, clients will be charged in full for the service using the card on file.
